A key strength of Ashfield is our coating and printing capabilities. We have a range of four-colour print lines capable of producing a wide range of paint and print finishes with stunning results.
We paint and print parts in the round after forming (not from printed flat sheet) so there is no distortion of the print design.
A combination of high speed automatic and semi-automatic lines allow for a wide range of sizes and quantities to be economically printed.
From receipt of artwork, we manage the process for print repro to making plates and first off approval samples prior to production.
